Sustainable and future-proof meetings

Experience the Stuttgart Region on a sustainable basis. We'll be glad to help you!

Organising sustainable congresses, meetings and trade fairs has become increasingly important since CSR reporting legislation came into force in 2017. Numerous conference centres and hotels in the Stuttgart Region have implemented sustainable management systems and hold certification to that effect. Every step counts and brings results. The Stuttgart Convention Bureau provides advice free of charge. Our services include Deutsche Bahn event tickets , arranging hotel room contingents and reserving accommodation with travel on the ÖPNV public transport network , and putting you in touch with the right partners and service providers for the organisation of sustainable congresses, conferences, seminars or trade fairs.
