Salemer Pfleghof

Special location

Nestling in the Neckar Valley, the former Free Imperial City of Esslingen am Neckar is surrounded by vineyards. The city can look back on 1200 years of history. The Salem Pfleghof was built in 1220 as an annex of the Salem/Bodensee Cistercian Monastery and was extended in 1509 in the late Gothic style. The community centre contains 3 event rooms which can hold up to 250 people. The Salem Pfleghof can be reached by taking the Esslingen exit on the B10 trunk road or the rapid-transit railway line from Stuttgart to Plochingen.
