Stuttgart Region Online Meeting Guide in new Design

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Stuttgart Convention Bureau (SCB), our online presence www.congress-stuttgart.com has been completely redesigned. The Meeting Guide – with its new concept and with new, individual filter options – will appear from now on in digital form only.
The Stuttgart Region is one of Germany's foremost trade fair and congress locations. The Stuttgart Convention Bureau, a division of the Stuttgart-Marketing GmbH, is the central and impartial contact partner for event planners from companies, associations, institutions and agencies, supporting them with comprehensive advice and a wide range of services. Twenty years ago the SCB launched its Online Location Database – and now the Online Meeting Guide is available in a fresh look and with new functions.
At present the Guide lists 140 conference hotels, congress centres and special locations, and more are being added all the time. This makes it the biggest database for event locations in the Stuttgart Region. A search according to the number of participants, room requirements or sustainable meetings quickly produces suitable venues. As it can currently be assumed that there will be a continuing demand for safe event formats with more sophisticated technology, new criteria have been included to enable the planning and realisation of events in safer conditions and in accordance with valid regulations. Using the filters, planners can now gain a first impression of the facilities through virtual tours and videos and specifically target offers, for examples for hybrid or virtual event formats, locations with a terrace and outdoor areas. The safety and hygiene concepts of every location are presented transparently under 'Safety Policy'. Search results can be stored as a PDF overview using the "Save" function. Requests for offers can be easily and directly drafted and sent to suitable providers. The Online Meeting Guide has also been augmented by a selection of framework programmes, which can be filtered according to the categories Active, Enjoyment, Green Policy, Sightseeing, Typically Stuttgart and Wine.
The Stuttgart Convention Bureau (SCB) represents the meeting destination Stuttgart Region with its c. 200 venues, conference hotels and special locations. The Bureau is the central local partner for meeting and event planners. It offers impartial and free services to support the planning and organizing of meetings, congresses and events including venues, fringe programmes, hotel accommodation and mobility and local expertise. The SCB’s strategic partners are: the ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart/Messe Stuttgart (Trade Fair Centre), the Liederhalle Culture and Congress Centre, Stuttgart Airport, WRS (Stuttgart Region Economic Development Corporation), congress centres in the Stuttgart Region and the local hospitality sector.
