On the site of the former Henning Schmiedetechnik, the Motorworld Village Metzingen is a lively place with a unique industrial-historical charm. The 26,000 sqm site will combine attractive event/conference areas, restaurants and a Motorworld V8 Hotel with workshops, showrooms and services related to mobility. To this end, the eleven listed buildings will be carefully renovated one after the other and revitalized as an overall ensemble.
The impressive large forge hall, which can accommodate up to 2,300 visitors as an event location, as well as the old hardening shop and several other buildings have already been completed and are in operation.
The Motorworld Village Metzingen is located just 35 kilometers from the gates of Stuttgart on the edge of the Swabian Alb in the immediate vicinity of the internationally famous Outlet City Metzingen.
