Built around 1527, the Dicker Turm, which was used to defend the town, is now an outstanding monument to Esslingen's town walls and offers a special setting for your event. After renovation in 2020 and reopening at the beginning of 2021, the barrier-free Burgstube can accommodate up to 50 people. Since October 2025, the newly renovated Turmsaal for 90 people has expanded the range of facilities on offer.The historic building with its dreamlike backdrop will transport your guests into a fairytale world. Whether private events, seminars or conferences - immerse yourself in history and enjoy your event with a panoramic view from one of Esslingen's highest viewpoints points.
