In its elegant ambience delicious fish or beef dishes are served, as well as Swabian specialities like Zwiebelrostbraten (grilled steak with onions) or Gaisburger Marsch (a kind of hotpot). Desserts such as home-made Ofenschlupfer (bread pudding) or apple strudel with cream round off an enjoyable evening.
