Shopping experience in Stuttgart

The pedestrian zone in the heart of Stuttgart is ideal for a leisurely shopping trip. Everything centres around Königstraße, to the left and right of which there are lots of hidden corners, squares and chic boulevards with an attractive mix of retail stores and eating places. Directly on the Marketplace there's Breuninger, Stuttgart's leading fashion and lifestyle department store, and next to it the new Dorotheen-Quartier with a variety of luxury shops, gastronomy, offices and apartments. On Palace Square (Schlossplatz), directly adjoining the classical architecture of the Königsbau, you'll find the arcades of the Königsbau-Passagen. This modern, spacious shopping mall has a sales area of around 27,000 m², spread over five different levels. And in Metzingen, only 30 minutes' drive away, more than 300 leading fashion brands will gladden every shopper's heart. Autumn of 2019 saw the opening of the new BOSS flagship outlet, the largest store of the HUGO BOSS concern anywhere in the world, with a sales area of more than 5,000 square metres.
